does not enter into commercial agreements or other contracts with business entity based in
Brazil. Furthermore, Cofinity-X agrees with all clients (e.g. business partner and service and/or
app provider) that the use of the platform and/or or a solution for a business entity being
registered or located in Brazil or its respective purposes is prohibited and undertakes to not
involve an account contact being located in Brazil.
